Top 10 worst Mr. Criminal Krabs episodes

Please note: I have not seen much past season 9. Also this list is ranked by how bad the episode is, not behavior. By criminal behavior I refer to him breaking laws and being ridiculously cheap with no remorse.

Mr. Krabs is so cheap in the newer episodes to the point where the reward for winning a contest is a brochure.

This one’s pretty short; Squidward tries to win a vacation, but has to find one particular person who shouts “What’s it to ya” until it’s revealed that his name is What Zit Tooya. Squidward’s rewarded with 10 years in prison and the “prize” which as stated earlier is the brochure itself.

I wouldn’t rank this as one of the worst episodes, but Mr. Krabs is bad enough to make it on here.

Rating: 4.0/10 – Poor

Really Krabs? You gave them a fishing trip!

Mr. Krabs tries to frame SpongeBob in the end of the episode. And his punishment after it’s revealed he stole the formula just so he doesn’t have to pay 1.99 (which is ridiculous)? Selling krabby patties for free, when he should have been in jail after he almost got SpongeBob falsely arrested and forced to surrender the Krusty Krab to SpongeBob. He got off too easy in this one.

Also nothing really happens in the episode. It’s basically just SpongeBob harassing people. Hell, even Family Guy (V is for Mystery) did this a lot better.

Rating: 3.5/10 – Bad

Mr. Krabs getting arrested.

Penny Fetish err I mean Penny Foolish is about Mr. Krabs pouting over a fucking penny. Yes. He really is that cheap in these episodes. I rest my case.

Rating: 3/10 – Bad

Give credit to Mr. Krabs, he’ll do anything for a penny.

7. Kracked Krabs

Mr. Krabs is nominated for cheapest crab and he gives SpongeBob lessons on being cheap. After failing to win the award due to SpongeBob accidentally misunderstanding Mr. Krabs’s strategy, they both “exaggerate” the hotel room. And no charges were pressed.

Also I’m pretty sure the video Mr. Krabs submitted counts as criminal evidence.

Rating: 3/10 – Bad

You know that counts as crime, Mr. Krabs?

6. Cent of Money

Mr. Krabs pickpockets and pickpockets his way through Bikini Bottom as he pretty much enslaves Gary and doesn’t let him sleep, eat, or drink.

While he does get his some sort of punishment in the end, this is one of those episodes where Mr. Krabs is so god damn cruel for his own personal gain and quite out of character. In Krabby Land he built a run down play place and disguised himself as a clown, but the money that he scammed the kids out of went back to them.

Rating: 2.5/10 – Terrible

Time to pay up motherfuckers!!

5. Plankton’s Regular

Plankton finally has something Mr. Krabs has: a customer. This wouldn’t be bad, but Mr. Krabs throws a fit just because one customer is at the Chum Bucket. So what does he do? Try to steal the chum recipe! Come on Krabs, you should at least be happy Plankton’s not on your ass anymore.

In the end though, the customer had been bribed by Karen the whole time, and Mr. Krabs considers it amazing.

I’m not a business leader by all means, but having minus one customer is not a tragedy. To be honest, this episode is just mean spirited, and it makes Free Samples (a decent episode) more soothing to watch.

Rating: 1.5/10 – Rancid

Ned putting his life in danger.

4. Summer Job

Remember Krusty Love? Well here’s the heartbreaking betrayal that happens afterwards. Mrs. Puff ends up having to take a job at the Krusty Krab by force like the ungrateful cheap piece of shit Mr. Krabs is.

I mean yeah Mr. Krabs does have a point in making her work the damages but he should have been much more grateful towards her. If we’re ranking this by how awful Mr. Krabs is in this episode, I’d rank it a little lower, but since it’s such a god awful episode, it’s at this spot.

Rating: 1.5/10 – Rancid

Time to learn from the worst.

3. The Krabby Kronicle

Extra! Extra! This episode sucks!

Mr. Krabs has SpongeBob write false information for the “Krabby Kronicle” throughout the episode, threatening to fire him if he doesn’t keep printing some horrible shit about everyone in Bikini Bottom.

Later after being betrayed by SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs then commits counterfeiting at the end of the episode. This is one of those episodes where Mr. Krabs actually doesn’t even suffer any consequences either despite losing the newspaper business.

Rating: 1.5/10 – Rancid

Don’t stop the presses or you’re fired.

2. One Coarse Meal

This is the notorious episode where Plankton tries to commit suicide, and Mr. Krabs doesn’t even show a hint of remorse for his actions. Yes we know Plankton is an adversary, a nasty one at that, but to drive him to suicide? Definitely not as disturing or as uncomfortable as that “sideways for attention” scene from Family Guy (Brian’s a Bad Father) but it’s up there.

Not only does Mr. Krabs not realize the pain he’s inflicted on Plantkon, but SpongeBob also chases Plankton away at the end.

Rating: 1/10 – Rancid

Plankton trying to end his life after being tortured.

1. SpongeBob You’re Fired

Mr. Krabs fires SpongeBob over a nickel. Then the rest of the episode is pure filler. At the end, Mr. Krabs makes people pay for using the bathroom which the Bullshit Man has something to say about that one.

Otherwise I have nothing to say about this; the episode shows almost no attempt at writing.

Rating: 0.5/10 – Didn’t Try

The face of how painful this episode is.
