Okay the plot itself isn’t even that good, but the whale scene is just pathetic. It’s another one of those “jokes” that unreasonably tests your patience, and on top of that it’s one of the nastiest scenes in Family Guy history.
I seem to recall that Family Guy used to be more than just about confused relationships and sexual plots themes. Why the change?

If the whale scene was scrapped the episode would’ve just been around average. Unfortunately that’s not the case.
