Skinner could’ve gotten fired and sent to jail for a long time if he personally knew the two men and purposely did this to get Bart tortured.

I really hope Skinner would’ve been horrified to hear what Bart went through at the winery (yeah he made him re-seed a field of grass but that’s cause it was punishment (probably too harsh)). Then again Bart’s his arch-nemesis but even actual villains (Skinner’s more of a victim than a villain) such as the Joker in Batman TAS got upset hearing that Batman was “murdered” and sentenced a guy to be executed by being dumped into acid for it. Did Skinner really know that Bart was going to be subjected to this?

I spent a whole week in Italy and didn’t learn the language. I’d rather torture myself trying to learn coding languages (and people bitch about retail work!) without wanting liquor. Bart on the other hand I think was there for three months.
