Random Opinions
Shouldn’t Skinner just be happy that Bart finally got off his ass for good?
Even in 1989/1990, a 75$ fine for graffiti doesn’t seem reasonable especially since Skinner is a wiener.
My god – the animation is so bad in this episode.

My eyes hurt. You can really tell this was one of the very first episodes. | Writing isn’t up to par like later episodes. | Despite the animation this episode has some pretty good moments. | Voice acting by Penny Marshall is good. | Homer set the bandit free, however he wasn’t aware of it until it was too late. |
Rating: 36/50 – Good (7/10)
Definitely one of the better episodes of season 1, but that’s not saying much.
